Completing God’s Law
Matthew 5:17-18 (The Message)
"Don't suppose for a minute that I have come to demolish the Scriptures— either God's Law or the Prophets. I'm not here to demolish but to complete. I am going to put it all together, pull it all together in a vast panorama. God's Law is more real and lasting than the stars in the sky and the ground at your feet. Long after stars burn out and earth wears out, God's Law will be alive and working."

What is fulfillment?
 Thesaurus: Completion. Satisfaction. Realization.
 Dictionary: To convert into actuality.
 GREEK: play-row-say
 GREEK: to bring to its intended meaning.
 In all things, Jesus becomes our play-row-say.
 He becomes our fulfillment.

What does Jesus become the fulfillment of?
 Rules/Law: Matthew 5
 Love: I Corinthians 13/Romans 12
 Community: John 17
 Right Relationships at All Costs: Matthew 5:21-48
 Emptiness/Hunger for Meaning or Purpose: John 6:35-40

The Sunday night group had a really good discussion of how we see God fulfilling His plans in our lives even when we don't understand or comprehend why/how he's doing things.
The story of Joseph was echoed in many of our own lives.
