Introduction
About a year ago… blessed
with twins… tired, busier, maybe a
little stressed… but we love them! They
are amazing… growing, walking, talking…
nothing we wouldn’t do to give them the best life possible.
Tension
Did you know that God’s desire
for you is the same desire I have?

There’s nothing HE wouldn’t do to give YOU the best life possible.
· Two obstacles that I see
to this thought process:
o
Don’t know what we believe about God?
o
Don’t want to deal with anything to do with a Father figure?
Truth
DT à God is a good Father…
Good Fathers want to bless their children.

Hebrews 13:8 à Most
will believe that God is unchanging… but their view of him is OT… not Father
and Jesus are same!
·
Luke 11:9-13 à
not just a one-time thing… God is a good father all the time… the cross paved
the way for relationship, for partnership, and for freedom from all hindrances.
Application
Change the way we live
our lives…

NO fear… trust… belief that anything is possible
Not a believer in healing
will…
·
You need to ask yourself, do I really believe in an unchanging God?
·
Do I really believe the work of the cross is finished?

Childlike faith!
