WHY PRAISE?
Introduction
**Why do moms/dads praise their children? (when they’re babies, toddlers, elementary… do they when they are teens… ha ha)
**Pics of things kids make or a babies first steps are good ills.
We should praise God because He has blessed us.
**We belong to Christ (2)
**God loved us from the beginning (4)
**Chose us to be holy (4)
**Plan to adopt us
We should praise God because of His kindness to us.
**He purchased our freedom through Jesus’ blood (7)
**He forgave our sins (7)
**He has given us wisdom and understanding (8)
We should praise God because it is His plan for us.
**Everything will come under Christ’s authority (10)
**We will receive/become God’s inheritance (11)
**The first to trust in Christ should praise (12)
**You also trust
We should praise God because of His Spirit.
**He identified you as His own by the Holy Spirit
**The Holy Spirit is God’s guarantee that He will give us what He’s promised
**The HS is God’s guarantee that He has purchased us to be His own people
Why should we praise God?
**Because of WHO He is
**Because of WHAT He has DONE
